The Big Ten 91视频 is excited to announce the kickoff of the 2022-2023 Academic Leadership Program. This nationally recognized leadership initiative has produced more than 1,500 fellows,鈥痬any of whom have gone on to serve with distinction as college presidents, provosts, and deans.

Over 100 faculty from across the Big Ten will gather this week at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to hear from leaders such as , Chancellor, University of Nebraska-Lincoln; , Executive Vice Chancellor, University of Nebraska-Lincoln; , Professor, Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development, University of Minnesota, , Senior Vice President for Administration and Chief of Staff to the President of Rutgers University, and , Mayor of the City of Lincoln.
Established in 1989, ALP is a year-long leadership development program for faculty who have demonstrated exceptional ability and academic promise. The 2022-2023 ALP Fellows, the program鈥檚 33rd cohort, will participate in intensive experiences aimed at enhancing their understanding of the university as dynamic and inclusive, deepening their knowledge of the diverse, complex, and changing landscape of higher education while exploring their leadership roles.
