Often, we might be assigned non-promotable tasks without realizing the impact they have on our overall well-being and career path. We will collaborate in groups and listen to how folks have recognized they are being assigned non-promotable tasks and ways to navigate them. What will this project do for me? How do folks outside of my team see this work? How am I being perceived? What can *I* do about it?
